Bookings and deposits
A booking is confirmed once a signed agreement and deposit are received. Your date is not held until both have been provided.
Coverage and timing
Coverage hours and deliverables are outlined in your chosen collection. Additional hours beyond your booked coverage can be arranged in advance, subject to availability.
Travel and destination weddings
Travel and accommodation costs for destination weddings are quoted individually and confirmed in your agreement prior to booking.
Delivery
Final films are delivered within 10–12 weeks of your wedding date. Delays caused by extreme circumstances will be communicated as early as possible.
Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable, as they hold your date exclusively and represent time turned away from other couples. Rescheduling is accommodated where possible, subject to availability.
Use of footage
We retain the right to use excerpts of your wedding film for portfolio and promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
