Villa Weddings in Tuscany
What a multi-day villa wedding actually involves, and why we think it's worth the extra planning.

A villa wedding in Tuscany is rarely just one day. Most of the ones we film run from Thursday arrival to Sunday departure, with the ceremony somewhere in the middle. That changes how we approach filming — and it's part of why we love them.
The whole weekend is the story
When we're only booked for the wedding day, we miss the welcome dinner where cousins meet for the first time, or the lazy pool afternoon before everyone gets dressed. If your budget allows, extending coverage to even one extra evening changes the final film significantly.

Choose a villa with a view, not just a garden
Plenty of villas have beautiful grounds but nothing beyond the property line. The ones that photograph and film best tend to sit on a ridge or hillside with the countryside visible from the ceremony spot — it gives every wide shot somewhere to breathe.
